• Reporting-limit bounds for DL records may be looser than the unavailable MDL; downstream summaries inherit that uncertainty.
• Five held-out exports are not a probability sample; records are clustered within sites.
• Interpretation labels and the same-specification baseline are AI-assisted; there is no human expert validation.
• No estimator, policy ranking, regulatory determination or clinical authority.
• The living website is a demo, not evidence of adoption, usability or performance.
